Hello Shivani,
If you are asking this for the General/Unreserved Category, then as per NEET 2018, the last rank to secure a seat in a Government Medical College in Karnataka under the All India Quota obtained a NEET rank of 7939. This translates to 565 marks out of 720 and a percentile score of 99.2714. The candidate was allotted a seat in Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences, Gadag. Under State Quota, the last candidate to secure a Government medical seat obtained a NEET rank of 83,398. This translates to 395 marks out of 720 and a percentile score of 92.3291. The candidate was allotted a seat in Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Koppal. Therefore, to secure a Government seat in Karnataka through All India Quota, it is advisable to aim for a score of 565+ and for State Quota, it is 395+ marks as per NEET 2018.
Hope that helps :)
