Hi,
For getting a govt college for MBBS, you must have a score of 540+(as per 2018). This year this marks may rise. So there are less chances of getting a govt college but you can go through the cut offs of private colleges, there you may have a chance. But don't be disheartened if you don't get. Keep working hard and you will get it.
