I am from Tamilnadu and my JEEmain score is 65313 OBC-NCL. How about my chances of getting seats at IIT, NIT, IIIT or any leading colleges?

At this rank, there are unfortunately negligible chnces under OBC category for IIIT, NITs and IITs.
Hence, we recommend yiu to try out private engineering colleges in Tier II Rankings like St. Francis Munbai, MGMC navimumbai, Don Bosco, Thakur Mumbai, VITPune.
You can simultaneously try to score under 10000 ranks in Jee advanced so yiu can target top IITs.
