i am from west bengal and i got 70.2 percent in cbse board and in jee mains my rank is 210253 and i have also fill the form of webjee

Yes you are eligible for admission but unfortunately, through your JEE Mains rank you cannot get any seat in Jadavpur University. Jadavpur University takes admission only through WBJEE Rank. Check your WBJEE marks and respective rank to get an idea if you can get admission there through it.
