Dear Medhavi, in 2018, under State Quota for SC Category, 326 marks secured a seat in GMC, Ratlam. That was the cut off. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Neverthless, based on your score at 386 and previous cut offs, you may have a chance at:

GMC, Khandwa
GMC, Vidisha
GMC, Dhatia
