i am getting 433 in NEET according to the official key n i belong to obc category in all india qouta n ebc category in bihar qouta.

You have less chances in 15% quota and in your state quota.
You can try for private colleges link- Manipal, COMEDK, BVP, MGIMS Wardha, CMC Ludhiana etc.
