Hello nikita
You have secured a score of 519 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different medical college you have some probability of getting admission in Government medical colleges under 85% off. However you have not mentioned your Homestate and category details. This is not possible to predict the probability of getting admission without complete information. Kindly share all the details so that we can help you in predicting the probability of getting admission.
Thank you.

Any probability for me
According to previous year cutoffs you are eligible for Private MBBS and BDS colleges only. However these are subjected to change every year. After EWS quota may be the cutoffs drop. For more info go through the link

Hiii nikita....
Every year approximate cut off happens to be somewhere around 450. In 2015, it was 453 (for genrel) and in, 2016 it was 468 (again for genrel category). But no one fetches a govt medical college if they lie near the cut off marks. The govt medical seats are very limited and so, reaching till 520(approx) all the seats are taken.
Answer to your question: There is a CHANCE of getting a govt medical seat only if you score more than 500. But if you reach somewhere more than 520, you'll definitely get a seat.
I hope this helps. : )
