I am getting 565 marks in NEET 2019.Would there be any chances to get any govt college through AIQ for UR category even in last counseling?

Yes you shall be able to get into government college through AIQ.
A lil difficult to get in MAMC n VMMC.. But you might be able to get in other government colleges.With such a flexible score you can opt for the government colleges of the states also undr the 15%AIQ.

Your marks is 565 which is good,
and I am sure you will get a seat somewhere in a government medical college.
For example , last year marks required in neet for Grant Medical College, Mumbai was 544 for general category to get a seat under all India quota.
So , you don't need to stress, be optimistic.
