As you have not mentioned your category, we consider it for UR. In JoSSA counselling you probably might not get any colleges, but you can go for the CSAB counselling for lower branches in north-eastern NITs and some GFTIs, and if lucky you might get a seat in your home state NIT as well for a lower branch, but again this is not guaranteed and carries a lot of risk.
