Sonu inorder to apply for the JNU application form for it's respective UG courses you should have the eligibility of Class 12th but in your case you have already completed your graduation so I don't think so that you can be apply for the JNU UG courses. Since you have done your graduation so you can be able to apply for the PG courses in JNU.
