I am graduated in distance,but I haven't good %. So I want 2nd time to do another subject honors in regular college. Can I do this?

I understand that you have completed your graduation with not a very good percentage and thus wish to pursue it again in some other subject and so to answer your question, you can most definitely pursue your graduation or rather bachelor's course in some other subject of your choice provided you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the same.
