I am gujarat domicile. Could i get admission in other states in this criteria ?

Hello,
A candidate of a particular state can only get the advantage of being a domicile of that state in terms of cutoff ranks to get admission in colleges.
As you said that you have Gujarat domicile,it is not applicable in the other states.For other states the cutoffs will be different for candidates applying from other states.
Like if you want to apply in any other state's college then the cutoff's may be a bit higer for you than the candidates of that particular state.
