i am in my 5th year of llb. can i appear for bihar pcs j. or my one year will get wasted to appear for another year?

the basic eligibility criteria for this exam is as follows:-
- Degree in Law from an institution recognized by Bar Council of India
- age: 22 years- 35 years
so you can appear for the exam when you have graduated or you are gonna graduate soon(last semester).
