I am interested in machnical engineering and is there any scope for proving my talent,is this college good for me

I would say, The engineering stream at LPU itself has received an overall good rating from students and alumni. The School of Mechanical Engineering offers well engineered seamless courses for students at many different levels such as undergraduate, diploma/certificate, post-graduate and research based Ph.D. level courses, not only for Mechanical Engineering, but also for Automobile, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics as well. I am saying this because my brother has completed B.Tech Mechanical from LPU,His experience at LPU was amazing,Currently he is working with XL Dynamics with decent package.

He told me, Mechanical Engineering student goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation. International tech-fests and competitions encourage all-round development in our students in addition to giving them international exposure.

University organized International Go kart Championship which is a student initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA.

The Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation.
