The application form of IAS 2019 will be released on February 19, 2019. The selection process of IAS is through UPSC and consist of three stages. You have to appear first for prelims exam first and after qualifying the test they will be called for mains exam and then the process of interview.
To crack IAS exam, first, you should know the syllabus as to be aware of what to study and then know the exam pattern.
