I am migrated from mp to Maharashtra can I get admission in mp or any state via neet ug

Yes, you can get admission into almost any state of your choice, barring Telangana and Jammu & kashmir, via the All India 15 % quota of NEET-UG examination.
As far as your eligibility for the 85% state quota is concerned, you're eligible for contesting for the state quota seats of the state for which you hold a valid  domicile certificate.

You can also get admission in Maharashtra, provided you get nativity certificate here.

You can get admission in any college of India through AIQ (15%) but for state quota you need domicile so you won't get 85% in all the states but only in the state of which you have domicile which in your case is mp.

The idea of Neet is very simple, you can apply for any medical college registered under Medical Council of India and now under the health ministry since MC I might be abolished, by availing the 15% all India quota seats for which you need to get a score in excess of 600 out of 720 if you are appearing with the unreserved category
However if you have the domicile certificate for a particular state or you have passed your board examination from some state are done a major part of your schooling and have the necessary pass certificate document of that state has laid down by the Neet examination Preamble, then you can opt for medical college in that state using your 85% state quota facility using the relevant certificate as well
In short, the 15% all India quota allows you to of for any medical college across any state in India and 85% state quota allows you to out for medical colleges Indore States where you have a domicile or some schooling certificate
For the state quota definitely your score needs to be above 450 if possible above 500 out of 720

U can get admission in any state through 15% quota but to get admission through state quota you need to get domicile of that state but since u hve shifted recently to Maharastra u cant get admission untill u hve got a domicile

hi priyanka, can you please tell more about your query? like if you have a residency in any state , where you did your 10 th and 12th? and if you were born in any of these states? because all these factors decide to which state you could belong or if you belong to both.NEET is expected to be conducted on may 10th of 2018( thursday), i hope you study smart , do your basics well and come out with flying colours in the exam. good luck

Hi Priyanka, As per your query about the eligibility for STATE QUOTA, I would like to inform you that as you have mentioned you migrated from Madhya pradesh to Maharashtra..So you can only opt for either MP OR MAHARASHTRA... I would also like to inform you that state quota criteria is different in different state, if you can be specific you want to claim it in Maharashtra or MP... It will depend like domicile certificates you have, your birth certificate is of which state, your parents are state or central government employees in these state or nit... Do they own land for 15 years or more in these states.... These are some criteria....

For state quota, it depends on the domicile rules of the respective states. Please refer to their state websites for the domicile rules

For AIQ, it is based on your neet marks and you can take admission anywhere without domicile also
