I am not getting my NEET registration number and from my mail id and mobile both it is deleted...What can i do ??

Hello,
The option you have is that you will have to activate the email ID again and get access to it anyhow because its necessary to get your registration number and other login details if you forget your password and all.
The email ID is linked with a mobile number or a security question. Use it to retrieve the email.You will need to have access to at least anyone of them.
