PC refers to personal computer which may be considered as both desktop or laptop. If you are not having or cannot afford to have a PC, then you can use your other gear such as smartphone, tablets etc. to carry out your operations.

Now a days with the advancement in technology, most of the computer applications are also available over smart phone such as video editing apps, PowerPoint presentation, data transfer applications, and many more.
