Well the cutoff for OBC category in JEE mains is 78.21 according to the 2019 results.Also,one needs to score sbove 50% in their 10+2 .
And in order to get admission in COEP you just only need your MHCET results,Whereas for PICT either of the results are helpful.
I think,YES,you may get these colleges,you have to sit for the counselling programs of these institutes,they conduct more than 2 counsellimg rounds,so the chances are brighter.
