According to your marks you have less chances in 15% quota.
If you want you can try for private colleges.
Yes, NEET 2016 cut off score will depend on factors like difficulty level of exam, availability of seats, number of applicants, etc.
Cut-off will be based on percentile then combined merit list will be declared.
