i am passing 12th in 2006 year and my 12 class percentage is 75% to kya mujhai du mein admission mil jayega

Hello,
There is no minimum age bar limit to get admission into UG course in the University & its colleges (except in profession courses). Gap years would be no bar for purposes of admission to the undergraduate courses.
75% Aggregate is a little less. Youll have to wait for the last cutoff list probably.
Also you havent given the details as to which stream you are from. If you wanna go for BA or Bcom., then you may get admission but for science stream, its a little difficult since the cutoff lists in almost all the categories close at 70-74% (PCM/PCB/PCBM) and the seats are also comparatively less.
But do wait for the cut off lists.

dear sir to be very honest mein ne ek bar du se colleage ke from fill kiye the aur mera naam P G DAV COLLEGE mein aa gaya tha par mein kisi reason se apni study puri nahi kar payi to kya mein phir se re-admission ho sakta hai kya plz help me

You are eligible to take admission in Delhi University but your 12th percentage must satisfy the desired cut-off of Delhi University colleges.
