With this rank it will be difficult to g t IIIT HYDERABAD ; as you know it is one of the best colleges and top most choice of students.
You need to be in top 2000 ( may vary ) general rank.
But you can fill it ; in your preference choices ( if you get it from category rank it will be fine ) .
So take other options along with it ; you will easily get a good collge.so search for the specific college in which you want to go.
