I am pursuing BSc Mathematics from Bihar university which is not very reputed so what my chances of getting into iims if score well in CAT.

There is no preference to bran dof college or University in CAT.
Scores above 99.5 percentile in CAT, Great GDPi performance and excellent academic history will surely fetch you seat at any IIM througj CAT scores.
