As per today's scenario Thapar fulfilled 70% seats on the basis of 12th what branch I can expect on basis of JEE Mains from balance 30% seats. Final Councelling by Thapar will be held on 24 of Sept. However my interest is CS,COBS & COE

And with this rank in general category and outside state quota (as it is in Patiala Punjab) you can still get streams like

Hey There,

You can easily expect COE there.

COSE that is First 2 Year in Derabassi and next 2 in Patiala is also good and I am currently doing that only in second Year. Derabassi is like a small campus, You will get less opportunities here, less fests, Almost No Workshops but some really enjoy that while focusing on their work while many find it to be boring.

So Better to go for COE and Try for COPC too. You might get it that too.
