I am SC Student My Category Rank is 25590 And I got 87 percent in class 12 I am from Himachal Pradesh. I got NIT Hamirpur or not

I see that you have got 25590 rank in sc category. And you want to join nit Hamirpur.
You have got a decent rank but I don't think it's going to help in getting a college. i.e. nit Hamirpur.
But your rank is too much when compared to previous year cutoff. Maximum it went upto 10000 rank approx. And yours is just double the rank.
