The merit list of the NEET exam always gets highr by certain amount of the percentage. All india quota seats are for the govt. medical and dental colleges and the merit rank is higher in this quota. Now based on your marks it is difficult to get into the govt. institute through the reservation. I would suggest you that if you are not getting the seat through all india quota then you hae to go for the state quota counselling where you might get the seat based on your marks.
