Hi,
First of all congratulations on scoring 629 marks in neet 2019. If you want to apply in king George medical college , UP you can apply via all India quota. Since KGMC is one of the best colleges in India, there are chances you might not get in first round ,but keep on trying you can get in 2nd round. If not KGMC you can definitely get admission in other government medical colleges for sure.
