You can not get admission to IIT through JEE Mains examination. A candidate needs to qualify JEE Advanced, and that too with good marks in order to get a seat in IITs.
A score of 69 percentile, assuming you belong to General category based on the previous years trends will not be enough to qualify you for JEE Advanced.
