No, Less than 75% Required Criteria is just removed for this Year and there is no information about next Year. So You can't predict directly.
I would suggest you if you can improve board marks please improve that too by giving exams next year and then it will not create any issue.
But Government can even have some criteria for next Year.
So Do Hardwork and prepare for MAINS and Boards.
