as you are belong to ts state you need not to submit.candidates who are other than ap & ts states has to be submitted sm form for declaration of marks & you will get rank and eligible thank you

Students other than boards of TS & AP have to submit their SM declaration form of marks... Incase if u wont submit,then your rank may not be declared...
