i am UR 334 score and rank 206923, in NEET 2019. Can i get a decent gov/ private college in any state(i have no particular preference)

You have low score and in AIQ you have very less chances of getting government or semi government colleges. Though if you wish you can take admission in some self funded colleges in management quota though the fees is high there.
