Yes, you can surely appear for NEET next year. You need to fill the application form once when it will be released for NEET 2020.

After qualifying the exam, you can appear for counselling through All India (AI) or State quota to get medical seat in a college suiting your marks and rank.

Hello Nawaz, yes you can write until and unless you have had Biology in class 12th board. You can write NEET Easily because now the maximum age limit has been removed for now by the supreme court. It's your decision what you want to do after getting selected but it would suggest you join the government colleges if you secure good marks because government medical colleges have very less fee and you can easily afford it. But if you don't score good then paying private universities is very tough because they have more than 1 lakh of the tuition fee. But if you want life security then you should persist with government job.
yes definitly you can give upto age of 25 for sure.
