I ama mechatronics engineering student.When i am going to write GATE.There is no separate exam for mechatronics.What are the other options

You can appear for Mechanical Engineering paper, as it is related and also many PSUs hire Mechanical Engineers with Mechatronics background.
However, if it is purely an academic pursuit and you want to know what M.Tech courses you can puruse, you may even try Computer Science.
