You cannot change your seat to management, management seats are basically left over seats if the government seats in private colleges don't get filled. If you want to take a management seat, you have to go to the college directly and contact them. They'll help you with all the necessary procedures and give you admission but they won't charge you less than 40 lakhs initially.
