I applied for cancellation of admission in DU and also paid the charges. I can't access the wallet section in my portal to get fee refund

there might be some issues with the website or the server. It is strongly recommended for you to send the University of Delhi an email and/or call their helpdesk number during office hours. Once you explain your problem be sure to mention your details such as name, application number, etc. so that they can look into the matter and help you out.
