I applied for the CSIR NET June 2019 under EWS category but I was not able to submit the certificate during application. However I qualified the test with marks higher than general cutoff with AIR 27. Will they consider me under general or if not then what should I do?

hello,
if you are not able to give documents for reservation then go for general rank counselling. They will consider as you can say that you don't have EWS certificate so you are not opting for categorical counselling. You can go for counselling on the basis of your score and rank in general category.
You have good score and rank in all india level then you can participate in all india counselling too.
