I belong to ews category but i dont apply for that in jee forms because my ews certificate wasnt ready Can i apply it during councling

Hello aspirant.
As you belong to ews category and you haven't applied that during Jee mains application. During counselling process you cannot change your category from general to general ews category, you need to report as you have applied it during application filling .
