I belong to gen-EWS category bt i forgot to change my category in neet 2019 till extended date of 31.05.19! Can i somehow apply for it now?

No, if you have missed the extended date, you may not be able to change your category now. It is recommended that you write an application and send it to the NEET head office in New Delhi. The application should be enclosed with your EWS certificate. You may also have to visit the head office if you get no reply from e-mail. So, start writing your application as soon as possible and hope for the best.
