I belong to OBC in UP but in rest of India I come under general category. What should I fill in neet application form in category column ?

I think you must fill general in your NEET Application form as for the process of all india councelling you will be asked to provide a category proof that that it might be a problem for you.
Since you come under OBC in your state, you can available the category reservation in your own state councelling.
