Your eligibility depends upon your score. The cutoff for SC category is 96. If you have scored more than that, then you are qualified. But qualifying NEET doesn't mean that you would get a seat. The cutoff for a seat is much higher than qualifying marks. It depends upon a number of factors such as total candidates, total seats, reservation criteria etc.
In your case, it won't be possible to get a government seat as cutoff for a government MBBS seat is quite high. In that case, you can try for courses other than MBBS and that too in private colleges.
