With a score of 329, it is almost impossible for you to get seat under AIQ as well as state quota in SC category also.
The previous years cutoffs are as follows:
AIQ-
- Govt. Medical - 422 marks
- Govt. Dental - 401 marks
State Quota-
- Govt. Medical - 393 marks
- Govt. Dental - 319 marks
There is almost no hope for you this year.

You have scored good in neet 2019 but you needed to have somewhat more marks to be sure for getting a mbbs seat in Telangana state. According to last year opening marks for mbbs and bds under state quota were 393 and 319 respectively for school category.
You can have bds seat in your state quota. Your chances of getting mbbs are less . Cut off marks can also increase or decrease so surely Apply for the counselling.
But if you want to have mbbs you can also go for private colleges in your state and can have it.
