Yes, you are eligible .JEE Mains is All India wide exam and anyone from any state can apply for this.
eligibility criteria :
1. students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent in 2017or 2018
2. students appearing class 12 or equivalent exams in 2019
There is no age limit.
