Hello Aspirant,
Yes you are eligible for applying in JEE but you will only get IIT Colleges. You are not eligible for NITs or GFTIs but you have to clear JEE Mains first to sit in JEE Advanced to take admission in first year in IITs. There is no lateral entry.
