Now admission in AIIMS for MBBS is through neet examination, thus if you want to get into AIIMS then you need to be eligible for neet examination .

Now for neet examination,
there's no upper age limit for neet examination so you are definitely eligible for neet examination provided you must obtain a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th 2021 board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories and thus you may get into AIIMS after you qualify neet examination with good marks and rank in neet 2021.
