Sir mine ST prepatory rank is 196 in which round I will get a IIT college for prepatory course? Because already 3 rounds are completed sir.

Same here i have also got no seat. But if your female you should have got the preparatory seat till now. Cause ST female rank went to 1800.

If you dont clear that which all iits and which branches you had option for during josaa choice filling then how can one make it clear to you that in which round you can get any iit seat or not .
You might not get seats in any iit if you had not made a proper choice filling according to your rank.
