Yes you are eligible to give IIT-Jam for Biotechnology, as Biology is a necessary subject at 10+2 level and graduate from any branch could apply for it

Eligibility: Candidates with a Bachelor's degree under the 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences. Pharmacy and Engineering/Technology, 4-year BSc course or Medicine (MBBS) or BDS with at least 55% marks.
