I don't have a surname. I only have the first name in all of my documents. Can I get admission in DU with first name only, or is it compulsory to have surname too..??

There will be no problem dear even if you don't have a surname in taking admission in DU , this is because there is no law preventing you from being known by a single name i.e without a surname.
What matters for taking admission in DU is that you clear the cutoff of du and all your documents are valid , having no surname is not going to affect you at all .
So you don't need to worry at all
