In order to get bank jobs right after class 12th, you'll be able to apply into some, but mostly at the post of clerk etc.,
But, if you really want to get into a good post into banking sector jobs, you need a minimum qualification of graduation.
The eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have completed graduation degree in a relevant subject discipline from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks.
So, class 12th percentage do matter, but not that much. You must focus on completing your graduation and then apply for jobs such as SBI PO, IBPS PO, SO, etc.,
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
