I failed in 3 subjects this year in 12th gseb planning to clear in march'20. I have already given neet this year. I have to repeat neet also

Hello student ,
Yes, you have to appear your NEET exam next time . As you will not be eligible for counselling with failed result in intermediate.
As the appearing student have to show thier intermediate certificate at the time of counselling for verification purposes.
