Hello Zara,
NEET is all India Entrance Exam for admission in MBBS/BDS courses. So you must be the candidate of Biology/Medical for that. There is no upper age limit for NEET Exam so, if you are cleared with your 12th with PCB, then you can give NEET 2020. But their is one more condition that you should have scored more than 50% in aggregate PCB if you are from general category or more than 40% if you are from SC/ST.
So, make your choice considering all these stated conditions above.
